This past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting a gorgeous girl named Rahav. Ironically I met her at an Ugly Sweater Party which was actually a surprise get together for BDB. I needed to write about Rahav because first of all I can’t get over the fact how beautiful she is inside and out! I mean she has a smile that can light up a room 😊.
But on top of her charismatic personality she’s following a dream that she’s really good at. She’s an amazing photographer that can take bomb ass pictures with just a phone!
Is that crazy or what! Imagine the kind of damage she could do with other equipment am I right. She could take over the photographic industry 📸. I love the simplicity of the images she captures. Her perspective is beautiful and in the moment. I absolutely love it! This was just a sneak peek if you really want to check out some awesome photography pass by Rahav’s Instagram https://www.instagram.com/ravivizion/. I promise you you won’t regret!
Alrighty so let me elaborate a little on my first encounter with the gorgeous Rahav. For the most part when I first meet someone I like to really learn about their interest as well as their hobbies. Initially Rahav was very shy and humble about her photography work. And I get that, when it comes to art it is very nerve wrecking to put your work out there. At least for myself I never think my writing is worthy enough to be seen. Nonetheless whoever is brave enough to share their emotions, feelings, or thought process through any type of art deserves to be acknowledged. It’s so admirable to see people share their craft. That’s takes a lot of courage. Artist’s are constantly putting themselves in a vulnerable state simply because it’s so tough to share something that is special to you and you never really know how the audience is going to react or if they’ll even understand it. That’s why when I meet someone with any kind of talent, artistic or non-artistic I always try to encourage them to continue doing what they love! As people continue to grow as their true authentic self they become so much more empowered! The only issue is that it takes time. And time has a tendency to evoke a little fear. You see the only thing holding people back from doing amazing things is the fear of “Maybe my work isn’t good enough.” However the reality is fear is just a thought; a thought that with time can slowly discourage anyone. And that’s why I’m writing this entry to let you Rahav and whoever else is reading this to keep going! You are good enough, you’re actually pretty dam awesome! And the beauty of it you’re unique. Yup you’re one of a kind. There’s no one else out there with your same eye for detail or craft. Yes it’s scary but you have to do what you love because you never know how far it will take you! And in the famous words of BDB “That’s how people become successful. Just doing it for the love of it.”
One last thing before I go guys please continue to encourage our artistic community it’s tough out there. There are a lot of harsh critics and not enough constructive criticism. Till next time, and remember it never hurts to spread some peace and love 🤙🏻.
